1. Product Overview
This custom Quarter Panel Checking Fixture is specially developed for dimensional inspection of automotive stamped rear quarter outer & inner body panels, which are large curved body-in-white covering parts.
The whole fixture adopts welded steel frame base with moving casters, It fully follows the vehicle unified coordinate system, and can comprehensively detect contour clearance, flanging dimension, hole position, trimming edge and assembly matching GD&T tolerances of quarter panels. It is the core offline quality inspection tool for auto stamping workshops and OEM production lines.
2. Main Structure & Core Components
Welded Steel Mobile Base Frame
Heavy-duty square tube welded frame with stress relief treatment, overall anti-deformation, painted bright red for rust prevention. Equipped with universal brake casters at four corners for convenient transfer between production line and measuring room, lifting lugs reserved for hoisting transportation. The frame is designed with hollow truss structure to reduce self-weight while guaranteeing structural rigidity.
