Our first Electronic Automatic Checking Fixture for instrument panel frame was developed in September 2012. Up to now, we have completed more than a dozen related projects. We keep upgrading based on the original prototype and accumulated abundant experience in design & manufacturing.
● We customized an automatic measuring fixture for instrument panel frame as per client’s specification.The part has over 100 hole positions requiring full inspection. Traditional manual checking takes 1.3 hours per piece excluding test report compilation, prone to human error due to massive measurement data.After switching to our automated fixture, test results are generated automatically for every workpiece, cutting 1.2 working hours per unit with 100% inspection accuracy.
● In-line automatic measuring fixture custom-built for customer:Designed to match on-site production line, it rapidly checks contour tolerance of die-cast parts and greatly boosts finished product yield rate.
