1. Product Overview
This fully automatic electronic air leak test fixture is specially developed for new energy vehicle power battery housing, battery tray & battery casing air tightness inspection. Integrated with multi-station rotary positioning mechanism, servo pressing unit and high-precision electronic leak detector, it realizes 100% online automatic leak testing for mass production lines. It can detect tiny air leakage defects such as welding cracks, pinholes, assembly gaps on battery housing to guarantee battery pack sealing safety.
2. Main Structural Composition
Main Machine Frame & Rotary Workstation
Heavy-duty welded aluminum alloy frame with anti-vibration foot pads; multi-position rotary turntable design to realize loading, pressing, leak testing & unloading synchronous operation, greatly improving production beat.
Custom positioning clamping jigs matched with customer’s battery housing profile, with quick-change structure for different product models.
Servo Pressing & Sealing Mechanism
Servo-driven vertical pressing heads with uniform pressure control; high-temperature resistant silicone sealing dies fully cover all filling holes, liquid cooling ports and assembly flanges of battery housing, ensuring zero air leakage during testing.
Electronic Air Leak Detection Control Cabinet
Equipped with dual touch-screen human-machine operation interface, multi-color stack light alarm system, high precision electronic differential pressure leak sensor; built-in air source filtering, pressure regulating and stabilizing module to provide constant test air pressure.
Auxiliary Functional Modules
Automatic air charging & pressure maintaining circuit, NG/OK product signal output, barcode scanning data storage, Ethernet data uploading interface for MES system docking.
